power outage! need help quick

    there is a utility crew across the street putting up a new pole. I just went out and asked if they were gonna have to cut power off. the guy said yeah and it may be for 2 to 3 hours!!:eek: I don't know what I'm gonna do! I'm growing hydro and idk how my plants are gonna handle being without air for 3 hours!! plus my babies are gonna be 3 hours without light!! will this have any affect on them since I just went into flower 3-5 days ago? will I need to treat this as night for them? ( ie no door open )
    we have a small generator but I don't think it works :(

    Get a car battery and a power inverter depending on Ur setup it should last 3 hours

    what?? maybe 3 min. You would need a generator for temp power, but you should be fine. Dark in light is better than light during dark, and three hours with out air pumps shouldn't kill anything, there should be plenty of dissolved O2 in the water.

    i agree, you should be fine,
    if your in veg you have nothing to worry about whatsoever.

    alright guys thanks a lot for the quick replies! they haven't turned it off yet.. would it help if I added 10ml or so of h2o2?
