I just got a new netbook last week with similar specs and it can also run Oblivion at around 30FPS on 1366x768. AMD Athlon 64 1.2GHz OCed at 1.45GHz, 2GB ddr2 RAM, ATI Radeon x1270, 250GB HD, Windows Vista Basic(Replaced with XP and added a 2nd partition for Ubuntu), 11.6" WXGA screen. It's able to play full 1080p HD smoothly although it needs to be set at a high priority. 780p is doable even on energy saver mode.
