Well, I saw the ab thread so I wondered where the leg one was at! I've just been able to start working my legs again after an injury so I figured why not. At least I'll be able to see my progress when I look back after a month or two My waist might look like that of a 13 year old sister but I just have a v-taper, 205 pounds in the picture
Nice wheels, bro! How much weight did you have to put on the squat bar/leg press etc to get quads like that?
