Okay, I have four seeds in the soil. I germinated two in paper towel, and two in a jar with water. Both formed small tap roots after about 48 hours. I planted them in the soil with the roots facing down and some sideways. The question is, should I turn two bulbs of T5 fluorescent light bulbs on, all lights or none?
