i'm not too sure about this, but i heard from a guy that knows someone that talked to some dood that says you can get them from a poppy plant. or on ebay.
yea a woman selld the really good poppy seeds, sominiferous something, on ebay as wizard of oz red poppys. its just for growing as a regular flower though. just seeds you'd have to grow them yourself
