i bought my davinci vape about 4 days ago wheni bought it it worked great for about 2 days i used it the second night but then when i went to go use it again that night and it wouldnt heat up. i tryed charging it. i tryed turning it on and off i tryed basically everything possible. everything else works, the led light, the temp goes up and down when you click the + and - sign. and it charges but when i click the heating up power button the light goes on but the temp stays the same. please help, im trying to find out if theres a way to fix it manually instead of sending it back to the company. i also did not do any damage to it.
I would call the company and ask about it. It could just be something simple. They have always been helpful in answering my questions.
