hey guys, so im a first time grower with practically no experience whatsoever with growing plants. 2 weeks ago i planted my germinated seeds (four way from sensiseeds). they have been looking pretty good and have just started growing their second set of leaves. upon today's inspection i noticed 2 of them have bent and seem to be falling over, they have pretty long stems around an inch and a half. what ive done is ive tied them to some skewers sticks to keep them upright... do you guys think i should repot them puuting them stems further into the soil, as yet they have showed no signs of needing to be repotted. im using a 400w MH at the moment and its about 3feet away from the tops of the palnts. please guys any help will be appreciated.
This deffinetly sounds like a good old fashioned case of stretching... just the plants way of telling you that it needs more light!
you can also build the dirt around it into a mound instead of repotting it. but ya if they are new sprouts falling over than the lights arnt close enough.
