Really depends. For small seedlings or small clones you should wait fot the 1st week of May. For larger plants started indoors.....well, I put some 3 footers out last week that are doing fine.
when temperatures are consistently above 50 as the low of the day, and temperatures dont fluctuate more than 20 degrees or so from the high/ low
