Hey, ever see a vegging plant that was put in soil 2 weeks ago to be a foot tall? Friend said there isn't light leaks but I've seen 2 week plants that were like 4 inches. His others are half the size at least so he says.
He is using a better set-up than what I used to use. Says the plant is close to a 1000 watt MH. For some reason I think it's flowing and it sprouted up fast. I don't know perhaps I'll get pictures from him later.
I think it has a lot to do with genetics. My pineapple chunk has shot up to near 4 ft. in 46 days from seed, 13 days of 12/12 so far. Nodes everywhere, bushy as a mofo...under a 400w hps. My van kush is a little under 3 ft.
