PH up question

    I need to water my plants and i have no PH up, but i do have a bag of dolomite lime, can i dissolve it in the water to bring the PH up?

    Limestone is ground up rock. It doesn't dissolve at all. It may 'suspend' in the water, the finer it is, but not really dissolve. You can dress the top soil with pulverized lime and then water.

    Use baking soda for pH up. Everyone has baking soda, come on.
