    i feel kinda dumb askin this, but wat is a percolarer n exactley wat does it do

    It's a thing about halfway through the tube of the bong that instead of just letting the smoke go through, it makes it go through little arms/tubes that have openings in a smaller thing of water, further cooling/purifying your smoke.
