people with experience in sending your broken Xbox console back to micrisoft?

    i just sent my console off in the box they send you the other day and i was just wondering if they send you a brand new packedged Xbox like you would buy in the store with all the accsesorries or just the console? cuz one of the main things they told me was to keep my harddrive, controller, cords, etc.

    They fix you old XBOX and send it back to you. Then you put all your stuff back on.

    damn i was kinda hoping for a brand new system str8 out the box, either way i dont give a shit as long as they fix it and i dont have anymore problems in the future im cool

    good luck gettin it back, ive wasted countless hours talking to those retards while they tried to figure out where my xbox even was....... if its less than a month then your LUCKY
