people that think weed is not addictive

  1. Ok I've been blazing for 2 and half years, casually at first maybe smoke 3-4 times a week. After around 1 year I took a month T break, belive me this wasn't easy. Its been one year later and I'm still smoking the crow. The thing that worried me that was last time I stopped I had some bad experiences. Sleepless nights for 7-10 days, nightmares and I had a crazy rush of emotions going from happy to then sad and almost broke down in tears. Its crazy I thought I would never have faced anything like that. Have any of you guys had any experiences when coming of the herb for long periods of times?

  2. Haha man when you take a t-break just relax and try not to think about the herb and you will be fine.

  3. Sleeping pills for the sleepless nights
Beer to take your thoughts off the herb.

    Sorted

thats just swapping an almost harmless drug with 2 pretty harmful drugs.

  5. Quit for 21 years no issues. I also quit cigarettes around a year after. It was tougher. I quit 3 or 4 times before I was successful. I started blazing again after a friend at work gave me a bit. Never drank but my dad did. He never was able to quit. Ruined his life. Died of lung cancer from tobacco.Sent from my SCH-S720C using Tapatalk 2

Replace one harmless drug with harmful ones? Horrible advice.

  7. stay up a whole day/night then sleep. continue doing this until you have your sleeping pattern back to regular.

  8. Well tbh I've worked in a pub for 3 years I've never seen a few cheeky pints as harmful.

Are you trying to tell me cannabis is harmless? Bitch please...

  9. Weed ain't addictive. At all. Maybe it's just me. I've gone through so many T breaks and I've never had a bad experience off of them. I've done 2 year T breaks, month long, whatever.

Like the old saying goes: Smoke the weed, don't let the weed smoke you.

  10.
Smoking weed isn't harmless because smoke isn't harmless, but alcohol is much worse for the body.

I would argue that edibles or vaporizing is harmless though.

  11. some people are too stupid too teach...i dont see how smokeing can ruin anyone's life..there life isnt a result of one decision but multiple ones.fuck it more weed too go around.

I'll get really pissed off out of nowhere and punch the wall a bunch and then just feel like crying. 20 seconds later I'm back to normal.

  13. alcohol is right up there in terms of harm as many unmentionables (if not more). it's just legal.

you think it's normal that people get sick (throwing up, taking to a hospital for poisoning aka OD) and we have establishments and social events to welcome that behavior?

anyway to address OP, weed, like many other things is absolutely addictive.

i think a lot of people think of addiction and don't really clarify the term. ... you are very unlikely to go shoot someone in the head to get your next dose of mj. it is a different addiction than harder drugs.
sugar addiction, is more harmful, imo than mj addiction.

will you have withdrawal symptoms, one you quit mj?
-- most likely "yes"... but the severity and the actual symptoms depend largely on an individual. and the situation.

  14.
    Depends how you measure harm.

Also a little bit of alcohol is good for the body, just as marijuana in moderation can be too.

  15. You guys need help if you bug out without weed.

  16. No matter what you do, don't substitute cannabis for any other drug(s). Sleeping pills and alcohol are terrible for your body... you should know just by how much of a struggle it is for your body to gulp even one shot. I think cannabis "addiction" is an issue isolated to those individuals who have addiction problems in general... I've taken breaks with absolutely no mental anxiety but now I like to smoke everyday to help my mind focus and to just relax. Much better than using any other drugs.Sent from my LG-D801 using Grasscity Forum mobile app

  17. Aye but I'm talking about a pint or 2 to ease his mind not 5 bottles of vodka.

Anyway I was saying have a pint or 2 to stop thinking about cannabis everyone jump off the harm wagon!

  18.
no. alcohol does way more damage to your body than you can benefit from. there are plenty of enzymes in beer that serve as excellent probiotics and some studies suggest that red wine is beneficial due to a few well-documented medicinal properties. however, they seem to forget about ethanol, which is the byproduct of what you are digesting no-matter what quantity. ethanol is poison, that's just a fact.
so while you might get some "benefit" from alcoholic (i should say fermented) beverages, even like kombucha, you are also creating damage at the same time. and throwing things off balance.

not so much with mj. so far there has not been any scientific proof that it does damage to your body on a molecular level.

    that being said...

    1. beer will get you f'd up and you can get laid easier, so who gives a shit about all the medical b.s. (not to mention ugly chicks look better)
    2. weed will fuck you up if you are already a fuck up and get your shit straight. but so will mc'donalds and sugar and porn.

    :hippie:

    (i'm going to relax now)

  19. Okay, well if you want to play that game.

Marijuana itself is not good for you, but the chemicals it possesses THC and CBD are.

The same how you differentiate between alcohol that people actually consume and ethanol.

    Semantics bro.

  20. I'm on probation and I'm going on month 5 of 6 in drug testing. Havnt toked all 5 of those months. Trouble sleeping at first only because going to sleep high, if was easy to fall asleep. I will continue to smoke everyday once testing is finished. Not addictingSent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
