Corbett wont go for that. Hes really anti drugs, even medical marijuana. Hes already said he wont sign any bills supporting or legalizing medical or recreational pot.
Pennsylvania will definitely be one of the last states. And like someone said above with Chicago and NYC, laws go in a triangle shape starting with federal, state, and then local government. So with a legalized state like Colorado, the local and state police can't do anything, but federal law trumps it.
