Penalty for Growing in Canada

    Could anyone point me in the right direction for the penalty for Growing 1-3 Marijuana plants in Canada (Outside of BC), Thanks.

    There's a new bill (C-15) that's going through that would make it a MINIMUM of 1 year in prison for one plant. :mad:

    FIGHT IT.

    is this for all of canada?

    either way this topic is relevant to my interests, besides if the minimum now is five years, then this bill doesnt sound TOO bad... i mean it would be an improvment, but without knowing CURRENT growing laws, that bill means nothing to me:)

    oh and if it helps im in MB

    I remember hearing somewhere that for less than 99 plants it just a fine . not sure about this though but i do remember hearing about that somewhere

    i also heard this, one area of cali did that for medical, then it went to like 25 or something.

    I would love to live in CA, i am sure the Prisions are nowhere as scary as USA

    The drug schedule in Canada is federally regulated, so I'm guessing yes.
