Hey guys, Can anyone with experience tell me what the mixture should be for a mix of Peatmoss and Perlite? I already did about 1/3 Perlite and 2/3 Peatmoss. But, that seems like an awful lot... so, help me out? Thanks.
Cut the peat moss down to 1/3. Peat moss can wreak havoc with the ph of the soil. Since you are using peat moss, you might want to invest in a soil ph tester or some ph test strips. You can find these at any hardware or garden store for about $5.95 each.
