ok i just got a hydro pc grow box but ive always grown from soil and never hydro now ive researched all the basics but i still cant find 2 answerz.... 1). what light cycles should i use for hydro 2). when should i switch to flowering stage???? Thank You!
It will be the exact same for soil growing light cycles, (only thing different, is hydro tends to gro a little faster than soil). When you want to induce Flowering switch to a 12/12 on-off light regimen. When to do it is your call - typically a plant will grow an additional 50-110% more once induced to flowering. So maybe start flowering at half way? And you will want a 2700K or somewhere around there for the correct light spectrum for flowering. You want the yellows,oranges, and reds. Soft white CFLS usually are the ones used for flowering, or something in the vicinity.
