    i use to smoke every day for about 3 months. My parents caught me and I had to quit, I’ve been 30 days sober. I jokingly took a drug test with a few friends of mine and I failed. My parents are testing me in 4 days, what can I do?

    Drink lots of water and flush flush flush.. get fake urine.. use a dilution drink... use someone else's urine... I think those are pretty much your best options..

    Explain to them? Say since they caught you you haven't smoked at all, and that it just takes ages to get out of your system. If they want futher proof you could even show them this post!
