only real thing u can do is to drink loads of water, detox drinks require loads of water to work so the main ingredient is water, so drink loads and hopefully you should pass, always give yourself a few days as a buffer
green tea speeds up the metabolismso yeah its gonna help u out we've had this thread many a time, exercise helps also
