    Theres a party tomorrow night, and i dont have my driver's license.
    it's in a whole different city, and my parents wont drive me. And the shitty thing is, my dealer wont answer her phone. Hasn't for the past week. So i need to get a ride to a city ~20 miles away and a dealer by tomorrow night. any suggestions?

    Take a bus ride would be your best option. If you wanna be like a kid again you can ride a bike! That's what i'd do.
