    I am finding this story very hard to believe. They would not charge them with incest because you were naked along with them.

    BUT,

    tell them they better let you smoke or else you will testify about the incest charge :cool:

    I said you MIGHT be able to get away with this. But you asking to smoke whenever and wherever you want probably is pushing it.

    Now, if you bailed them out and came to the table with some additional information, like the name of a good attorney that IS going to get these charges reduced or dropped, THEN you might have the upper hand... :smoke:
