I overwatered my plants and they are drooping a little should i still spray their canopy with to keep the humidity up or will that be bad
Just leave the ladies be and let them dry out, make sure there is adequate ventilation. If your environment isn't at an appropriate humidity, spraying doesn't change the relative humidity for more than a few minutes.
