outdoor plant growth expectaions?

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by DrE420, Jul 8, 2018.

  1. currently plants are 4ft tall from ground level..... my fence is 6ft tall..... my sativa dominant plants are scrogged at 4ft... my largest indica dominant plant is at 4 ft tall (no scrog)..… plants went out may 1st roughly..... the sativa plants were twice as tall as the other that's why I anticipated the scrog…..but never figured the indica plants would get near the 6ft mark.... my main question is will they get close to the top of the fence line? if the plant is currently 4ft should I anticipate a 50% growth and be ok around 6ft or more like 100% growth rate and ill be at like 8ft? considering the time of year and when plants went out..... how much growth is left? how much growth over the scrog should I expect? any opinons or advice will be greatly appreciated!!!

  3. There is a very good possibility that the sativa plants will be up over 6' by the end of the season. In my experience (Here in NorCal) growing sativa, they like to stretch another 2' during flower. Pre flower middle of, to end of August. Harvest is usually end of October middle of November. Plants look nice and healthy!

  5. 80%+ will be below the fence.

20% will be above. Good luck.
