Outdoor Grow, any advice?

  1. Higigh all, I'm pretty high, just started thinking about an outdoor grow this summer in the UK, going to start scouting for a place. Already got a few different strains in mind; Mata Hari, Ata Tundra, Hollands hope and Ruderalis Indica.

Not too sure which to focus on but I have searched around and aparently they should be ok in this cilmate.

Was really wondering whether anyone had any advice on outdoor growing in the UK, anyting to watch out for, good spots, etc.

    Thanks, :smoking:

  2. -find spot(s). This will be time consuming unless you're lucky. Choose remote places and make no tracks (or cover them during the grow). You can find a spot that needs no watering ever (see swamp grow). Tell no one. Find spot with 6 hours direct sun min. Amend them in Winter/early spring with
    - horse shit + blood and bone meals or humus you find near your spots (food)
    - perlite or lave chips or sand you can find near your spots (to air out as mj needs an airy soil mix specifically)

Some pros only use nearby things to amend their spots (humus, decaying leaves etc... will be a great source of food). + sand, grass, roots for airing out. But this should rest for a few months before planting. You can also add dolomite lime at bottom to raise pH if necessary (humus is acidic).

    - you need to know how you'll water them (nearby water source or hauling water in your self with a backpack).

    - get early finishing strains (nothing with "haze" in it or "pure sativa"). You want early finsihing indica/sativa hybrids or semi autos (mighty might line) or autos.
