Our ripper bar

Discussion in 'Seasoned Marijuana Users' started by unoit, Jun 6, 2003.

  1. HIGH All, it's a sad day up here on The WET Coast...coming home from work yesterday and heard on the radio The Courtney House was burning to the ground (tears coming down cheeks). It's was best ripper bar on the Island and now it's gone...I feel for the waitress's who have been working there for years and now their jobs are gone. Life up here will never be the same .

  2. I'm sorry for the girls who lost thier jobs. But when a bar burns down, it usually means the owner was in deep to somebody and had to get an insurance payment.

  3. It could be that they want to replace the old with the new!!!!

I would say BPP may be right though!

  4. HIGH All, well found out it didn't burn to the ground (smile on face). It's the first thing we thought to guys...been going there for a few years and have seen ownership change three times. The last guy that bought it I wouldn't put pass him though.
