Okay so im thinking about ordering from www.worldwide-marijuana-seeds.com , I have a P.O box set up and i just have one question.... Pay 7.50 for just getting it shipped by regular mail or pay the extra 20 bucks and get it express or whatever.....Is it really worth the extra 13 bucks, anybody else get it shipped this way.... Also if i just get it shipped regular mail and i have a P.O box how would i sign for that/ would i even need to sign for that?
