I'm 18, where I live the leagle age for buying anything tobacco related is 19. would I be able to order tobacco online? i know theres nothing physicly stopping me but idk if these websites check my age through my credit card or something..
most sites check with your birthdate when you create an account, and some will have the delivery agent require a signature from someone 19+ years old. its to protect themselves more than it is to protect you. you can always try... what site is in question, the site i use always just leaves it in my mailbox
I ordered tobacco online when I was 18 here in Utah, where you have to be 19 to legally purchase it. No problems whatsoever. I guess it depends on where you're ordering from.
