Hey Bro i am not sure i can help you! But i think your question should be what seed company sends tham out in the most inconspicuous packaging ... The only imported seeds i have ever seen (here in australia) were purchesed from sensi seeds. I think a good option would be search a few seedbanks finds the ones u seem to like the most and telephone that company or company's to find out more about the methods of posting into your area! Surly these seed banks understand the need for inconspicuous packaging in there business!! This is just wat i think i would do.. surly there has to be ppl from the states with more tested advice
