    What are the risks of this? Would you go to jail etc if they were intercepted?

    As far as i know and i may be wrong but seeds arent illegal its only illegal if you plant em i think

    You'll be fine man just use a respected seedbank and you can find a list in the seedbank section.

    If customs does catch it they'll send you a letter but that very rarely happens, but just use stealth shipping then you'll be sure to get your beans.
