I am now legal and notice HTGsupply has a lot of the equipment i have been looking at on craiglist for roughly the same price but brand new. Is there any concerns placing a 400 dollar order to my home where i will be growing? I dont see a difference in having it shipped to a friends or something. Just trying to clear the air on this one.

No its nothing to worry about. Why would you have it sent to a friends place that is pretty shitty if you do. Means your trying to offset any trouble onto your friend. Uncool. None of that is illegal for you to own.
