Ok so im positive the stretch has finished on roughly the 2 week mark. This is interesting to me as its a good week earlier than the previous run, although that was under hps not led.

The other most noteable thing for me is that pheno b didnt show flowers for 3 weeks this time its taken less than 2.

Next up trichrome production. Most strains start around week 3 pheno b started at about week 4 last time. Pheno a started at week 3. It will be interesting to if this improves across the board.

 

Trich production has started, i took these pictures yesterday which was day 16.

 

Day 21 - week 3 complete

Ok so more of the same. I can 100 % confirm stretch finished over a week ago which im really impressed with. Bud development is in full swing as is trich development. Im started to get excited about this

 

Ok so its been a while since the last update so things have moved on a fair bit.

Day 37

Fed today with a water and coconut water mix. Its the first feeding iv given these plants since i remidied the iron defficiency in veg. The plants didnt need it per say but up until this point i had only watered and also give a regular 2 week dose of eco thrive bacteria and beneficial fungus. This is my first time using coconut water and iv only got it because its supposed to work well with a living soil.

Not much else to report so ill leave you all with a close up of a chocolate haze bud.

Day 52

Ok so we are at day 52 that 7 weeks an 3 days on a 9 week strain, swelling and ripening looks to be taking place. The ripening on the left and the swelling on the right. I honestly think i could chop the left on on 8 weeks. Trichs are about 10% amber maybe a bit less. The right one does seem to need a bit longer? Its leaves are going yellow but it is still swelling with new pistol growth. I havemt checked the trichs on this one yet because i can see it still growing.

 

Ok so they have both come down and in total they weighed in at 259grams.

It was split roughly 5 oz to 4oz an a bit.



Next up im running a chocolate haze and silver haze in a scrog

 

Must say as well that the above weed is some of my best ever and it was only fed on water. Only when i got an iron def in one plant was it treated as a quick fix. Apart from that and 1 bottle of coconut water this grow has been just water.

terps are even better then the last run under hps, the sour is so fucking dank haha.

Very impressed with the LED, although I would say that the HPS still kick out more trichs, erm I shall rephrase that, they seem to kick out bigger trichs. The LEDs are finer/smaller.
