Only using flowering lights when 12/12 from seed?

    Hey GC

    Been thinking about trying out a 12/12 from seed. Do you use a high K veg light, switch between or stay with a lower K flowering light, since you are actually flowering from start?

    I'm using hps light from seedling because its the only one i got but i want to hear the answer to this also because if i used CFL from start it would be high or low K?

    Just go with the red spectrum from the start or you can go with full spectrum.
    P.S. 12/12 from the start under HPS (600W) will give you approximately 1 OZ(28 g) per plant.
    Under CFL do not expect much....5-10 grams per plant may be?

    Yes but in my case its only until i see the sex, then transplant and go under the hps.
