I know grasscity doesn't ship glass pipes to pennsylvania, it kinda pissed me off, cuz theres one i really want on here, but does anyone know any online sites that will ship to pennsylvania? you dont have to post the links in message if thats against board rules, but if you could just PM me some that would be fucking awesome. thanks.
Grasscity does not ship color changing glass to certain states due to restrictions in certain states. I believe PA is one of those.
