I know the web site was just updated and was wondering if anyone else has had any similar problems. I ordered a glass pipe last Thursday, May 28. When I looked at the order online there were three identical orders for the same pipe. I didn't order three I only ordered one. Obviously there was some problem with the ordering process that caused these duplicate orders. Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks, Icebrg IL USA
Follow up post. After emailing support they promptly canceled the two duplicate orders. I received an email from them telling me they had taken care of the problem. They shipped on June 3 and I received in Illinois on June 12. They even threw in some free screens. Thanks Grasscity!
