One of those days

  1. Do any of you have those days when your at the gym and you just can't hit it like you usually do? How do you snap out of this!
     
  2. When was the last time you took a break from exercise for at least a whole day? Maybe your body is just extremely fatigued.
     
  3. yea only when im under a lot of stress. but i smoke a bowl and calm my self down then hit the weights and it takes my mid off shit
     
  4. I beat myself in the face with a flaming hammer and scream "COME ON, YOU SACK OF FUCKING SHIT!!" repeatedly for 2 minutes.
     
  5. ...when you don't wanna wake up. everything is fucked. everybody sucks.:D
