I'd say Tupac. Really hard to pick a single favorite so I'd say maybe...Death Around the Corner is one of my favorite. He has so many good ones it's impossible too choose for me.
neither is the greatest...rakim, kane, g rap, big l, ras kass, cormega, gza, masta ace, are all better imo...but out of the two i choose pac, he wasn't a great rapper, but he was a great artist...
