Fam when I went to Myrtle Beach I had the same problem. I blew through my sack like a week early and ended up taking a walk at night on the beach with my last blunt rolled up. Before I lit up I smelled someone else smoking. I asked them if they wanted to match, we smoked and they ended up selling me a quarter right there. Take a walk on the beach yo. Like... right now. The stoners are out, trust me. Why do you think those white crabs are out there at night? They're scurrying about trying to catch a contact buzz so banging their lady later isn't so boring.
