So I recently made myself a mini DWC bubble bucket and I am going to start a batch of seeds to put in there. Whichever ones grow the fastest anyways. Questions are: What should I do with my rock wool cubes while my seeds are germinating in the paper towel? What should be the PH of the res? When is it ok to put the plant in the DWC bucket and with nutrients or no? How much hydroton do i place in between the wool and the bottom of the net cup? Just wanna make sure its all good. If theres a link anyone knows shout it out. I been looking for an hour.
pre-soak your rockwool for 24 hrs with 5.5 R/O water or distilled water(package says so) 5.8.. at all times until the plant has three set of leaves, just water... then one week of half nutes then full strength the week after that put the plant as deep as you can get it so there is no rockwool showing but high enough that there are still leaves showing(make certain the cup is full with hydroten)
...... bury the rockwool.... leave only the leaves above the hydroten...... the net cup must be full its seems pretty straight forward
