ok.. getting my card.. but first need a little help

ok so..just for all you guys that say im gettin a card just to get one..no its not actually true.. i've been to several doctors and professionals and psychiatrists and all this bullshit..so not geting the card is not an option..but before i do that

i just wanted to know..how does it work? like do i just go to a doctor and pay him hundred something dollars and talk to him and show him my medical records and if he thinks its worht it he'll give me a recommendation?

also.. are doctors covered in medical plans and shit? or is it all uninsured and you gatta pay all and the doctor recieves all..not like goin to a physical therapist where you gatta pay like 20$ every visit..just the money upfront for the appointment and then another bunch of money for the rec?

also.. i live in SoCal..anyone here know any good legit docs? with not too high of a price and is pretty reputatable?

also... what happens if you get pulled over and you have a meds all in your car AND your recS? can you go home or will the cop fuck with you and take you to the court or something?

because i've been caught twice w/o a liscense and first time the cop took all my nugs and my bong and my piece and all my papes and lighter..second tiem i got fined..got a ticket and was handcuffed escorted to myhouse.

but then again i never had more than an 8th when they found me..hehe fat tokes all day
