I feel you Big L, I have em' and yes they hurt, try to pick up some wipes with witch hazel in them, they provide relief. I also have this cream i got from my doc, it works really well too, but the main thing is not to strain, just wait until it is ready to come out on its own, If you pick up some colase form the local Walmart or whatever that will soften up your stool(sometymes they r labeled stool softener)(oh yeah and take them in the evening right before bedtyme) as not to upset the roids, I hope you get that under comtrol trust me I know your pain bro.
