Nutiva Hemp oil.... AVB

    Raw, certified organic unrefined hempseed oil.
    22%fat
    omega 3 and GLA hemp oli has natures ideal 3:1 ratio omega 6 to 3 ratio

    I don't know what all that mean but I covered a bunch of AVB and about .5 gram of ak-47

    baked at 320 for 20 min

    should be feeling it soon

    Oh Oh! I think Im going be in for a wild ride.. I wasn't really feeling it after a hour and a half....(usually it takes me about 40 minutes) so I took some more. About ten minutes after (I took the other stuff on top of spaghetti).

    But now it coming on strong I can feel it right in the middle of my forehead.
