Anyone one know where one can lay their hands on this information? I'm looking for the number of dispensaries over the past decade and the rate that they were prosecuted by the Feds, on a per year basis. Thanks for any info.
Medical cannabis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia This states that in 2008 there were an estimated 2100 dispensaries in California. Being from Colorado I can tell you there are over 600 dispensaries in our state and 300 in the Denver area alone. That is just two of the 16 states that have approved medical marijuana not including the District of Columbia. I think if you are looking for per year data you are going to need to look into each specific state or possibly search any public DEA records as they seem to be the ones doing all the raids.
