Marc Emery's formed a monopoly by having one of the few sites that can get Dutch and other countries' genetics to US citizens. He's a middleman that gets his seeds in bulk and then adds his own tax to North America. Where do you think he got his campaign money to run for mayor of Vancouver? Hehe, there's my two cents worth.
