Any good ones that yall know of that are silent? Ive been all over the internet looking for a good cheap fan thats silent and i was wondering about yalls opinions.
its PC not CP btw. its easy to get a silant fan it works on a simple concept no matter where you get the fan even if its out of a 20$ walmart electric heater. as the fan moves the blades at a higher speed it cuts threw the air faster to push more air this also spins the bearing. All you have to do is run a larger fan at lower CMF (airflow) for lower DBA Largefan+Low RPM's=good CMF Low DBA. to do this you need a reostat and you get that after you get the fan (unless it has one built into it) just go to an electronics shop or who ever you find that sells them where you live and they will hook you up with the reostat all you have to do is wire it in and turn the nob till you get the DBA:CMF ratio you want.
