I've heard a few different arguments, but is it wise to give the ladies any period of darkness time between veg and flower? Right now my timer is set up from 6am-midnight. But I would like to make the 12/12 period from 6pm-6am so that way the lights are on when I'm home instead of when I'm at work. I was thinking that the day I wanna switch I could kill the veg lights off at 6pm instead of midnight and then flip to HPS and turn 12/12 on at the next 6pm. Any suggestions?
