  1. Anyone else have an rb in there ride? there great engines imo ;)

  2. lol this coming from a kiwi.

    skids allday

  3. Quite a few people use them here in the states, damn good motors but the SR series tends to be more popular here since RB parts are a bitch to find in America.

  4. RB are boss man, any nissan motor is really bullet proof, i work at Nissan and in the last 2 weeks we have had 3 vehicles come in with less than a litre of oil, either because they were 18k over their oil change or had an oil leak because some dumbass lube shop forgot to tighten the oil plug, but you fill them back up and all but 1 had no damage and ran like a champ. so 1 out 3 is not bad, 1 was an Altima with just 750ml of oil suppose to have 4.7L another was a max with just under 500ml suppose to have 4.5L and the last was the quest had 250ml of oil in it motor was knocking so bad chick drove around for 2 weeks with it knocking before she decided to get it checked out also suppose to have 4.5L of oil, but yeah man RB engines you can make crazy power out of for cheap same with SR's

  5. i didnt know you could get rb powered cars in the states, cool!

  6. Shit like this amazes me. My mom ruined an escort in the early nineties because she didnt change the oil.

  7. yeah man i was as shocked as you were lol, the chicks still driving it to, she just brought it back because it had a coolant leak and needed lines replaced, the thing still knocks a bit but its still running lol

  8. No she didn't. It was ruined the moment it came off the lot ayoooo!

  9. you cant but that doesnt stop us from importing the motors and swapping them. its how im going to get a 1jz for my car.

  10. I want to get an rb30 block and stick a rb25 or even a 26 head on it with a big single turbo
