    My guess is that its not brown weed but the mixture for a spliff, hence the Pall Malls, one of whom was gutted to be rolled a spliff.

    nice pic, idk what pall palls are tho. i know they are cigs, just never hard of them and they are supposed to be fammous, it says it on the box.








    its not all 100s, the top one is, the next one is a $20, u can tell by the color change at the bottom right of it.

    Pall malls are a low end cigarette I guess there famous. Is that weed or tobacco lining that tin I really cant tell?:smoking:
