KINGMAN - Changing the county's zoning ordinance to deal with locations of medical marijuana dispensaries will be discussed by the planning and zoning commissioners Jan. 12. Arizona voters approved Proposition 203 during the Nov. 2 election allowing the growing, sale and use of medical marijuana. Under the new law, counties are allowed to limit the use of lands for registered nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries. Full story HERE
