New York Regulations?

    Last time I was here in December it was still illegal and depending on which part of town you were in, carrying a little bit could still get you in a bit of trouble. Have things change now with the new medical laws? I just got here for a few days. Any hookups?

    You can carry up to 25 grams and only pay a $100 penality. Second time is $200, third time is $250 and 15 days. More then 25gs will get you prison time.

    Public view will get you $200 fine and 90 days, plus whatever for the amount.

    Edit: NY is pretty lax on it. Just make sure you do it in private, and don't admit to being high.

    Thanks for the clarification, makes sense. I initially thought they were more strict.
