That makes no sense. Hoss uses borosilicate and kilns them so its the same quality as lukes/toro/roor. You don't know a thing you're talking about, as the only down point of hoss is they don't reinforce things, not the quality of glass. There's good glass in Canada you retard, borosilicate isn't made in the US. And btw, USA glass is the shittiest when it comes to lab glass, so USA has got the china glass buddy.

Before you guys get all butt hurt let me explain myself. I just so happen to know the guy at Fire It Up that sells Hoss Glass. It is great quality don't get me wrong. But it's in the category of what we refer to as "chinese glass". The guy that manufactures the Hoss stuff get's chinese blanks. The tubes, percs etc, but it 's assembled and blown by him in Waterloo Canada. I am not saying what you bought is shit. But if you are wondering how the prices are really good on the Hoss stuff it's because he uses a chinese distributor. I would love to get my hands on one of those triple inlines, but they are long sold out.

So yeah please don't get all defensive. I wasn't clear with what I was talking about cus I was in a hurry on my previous posts.

At my local headshop theres a 48 arm 4 perc hoss for 399 and i was thinking of getting it

 

Picked up a Hoss mini beaker from the marijuana and hemp expo yesterday in Toronto. It's only 11 inches tall. Works great for oil with a ti pad and glass curve.

Yeah how much, i went to the fireitup page on facebook which is hoss and i asked if they would ship to bc but i don't think they go on fb. I wanna know how much cheaper there bongs are then going to a headshop where a 48 tree 4 perc is 399$.

 

Hoss takes a lot of heat in the glass blowing community for blatantly copying other peoples designs and making them his own only shittier made. Just remember that the quality on some of these Hoss is no better than chinese made glass.

I cannot respect hoss glass for the fact that there is not one original idea in their whole lineup; and they cannot even steal ideas with comparable construction.

 

Not only do they steal ideas, but they steal advertising techiques as well. So cheesy. IE: copying JP from toro booting a tube around a room, the boxes are Sheldon Black imitations, he has copied SG, Sheldon Black, Toro, Luke Wilson. You name it and hes copied it. Only with inferior construction.
